Prices

• Prices are per person.
• Half-board includes accommodation, breakfast and dinner (drinks not included).
• A coin-operated hot water shower costs €4 for 2,5 minutes.
• Membership discounts are only available on presentation of a valid membership card.

Reservations

• Reservations are accepted ONLINE ONLY and must be made by 24:00 the day before arrival. For bookings after this deadline, please contact the hut by phone on the number +39 0471 1727939.
• Reservations via WhatsApp, Messenger, Facebook, etc. are not accepted.
• To confirm a reservation, a deposit of €40 per person per day is required.

Payment

• Payments can be made in cash or by credit card. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the unreliable internet connection at the refuge, we cannot guarantee electronic payments or bank transfers. To avoid any inconvenience, we suggest you pay in cash, thank you!
• We do not accept pre-payments by bank transfer for the total amount that has to be paid.

It is mandatory to bring the following

• Linen bag (can be hired for €7 or bought for €20; we have warm duvets on all beds)
• Towel and soap for the basic toilets
• Personal slippers (there are none in the refuge!)

Check-in

• We recommend arriving at the refuge by 18.00.

Evening meal

• Dinner is served from 18.30 to 19.15.

Breakfast time

• Breakfast is served from 7.15 to 8.15.

Animals

• According to CAI regulations, we cannot accept animals for overnight stays at the shelter.

Cancellation policy

• The deposit will be refunded ONLY if the cancellation is made at least 10 days before the booked date, withholding €10 for bank commissions. According to the same policy, in the event of a reduction in the number of participants compared to the original booking, the deposit will be deducted from the overnight stay of the other participants.
• If the cancellation is made within 10 DAYS before the arrival date, or if there are fewer participants than originally booked, or in case of early departure, THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE.
• ONLY in case of really bad weather forecast (i.e. continuous rain or snowfall from the morning) and ONLY with prior agreement with the hut owner, we can consider the possibility of keeping the deposit valid until the end of the season, until the evening of the 3rd day before the arrival date. After this deadline, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS for any reason! The reuse of the deposit within the indicated terms is commensurate with the actual number of people who show up. Sums paid in addition and not used by the persons actually present at the refuge will be retained.
