From a culinary point of view, the Puez Hut offers something surprising at the “highest” level. On our menu you will find Tyrolean delicacies such as dumplings or Kaiserschmarren as well as spaghetti and polenta.
All dishes are prepared by our chefs Giuliano and Josè themselves. They attach great importance to regional products. The meat comes from the village butcher, the bread from the baker in the valley.
Angelo, the host of the hut, is a wine and beer sommelier and ensures an interesting and varied wine list and has one of the “best beers in the world” on tap.
Opening hours: The kitchen is open from 11.30am to 4pm. After 4pm we still serve cold dishes and soups.
For dinner at 18.30 we offer three different menus. Each menu consists of a salad, a starter, a main course and a dessert.
